What if I am not sure which modality is right for me?
 

If you are not sure which modality you would like to work with, please sign up for "EFT" and when you arrive tell us that you would like to learn more about our different modalities so that we can identify the right one to meet your goals.  If possible, sometimes we can incorporate multiple modalities into one session.
 

How often can I sign up for sessions?
 

We can provide one session per week for interested clients. Clients can book sessions up to two months in advance.
 

What types of payment do you accept?
 

We accept cash, check, all credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle and Apple Pay.
 

What is your cancellation policy?
 

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment without having to pay for your session.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we expect payment for the missed session the next time we work together.

We also believe our first session is the beginning of our healing contract with you.  We will be here!  If you miss your first session with us, then we are unable to reschedule unless there was a legitimate challenge that prevented you from making your appointment.
 

How does your payment scale work?
 

We love supporting our clients who work in the nonprofit sector, teachers, and first-responders by offering two sessions a month for $20 each.  If clients wish to book additional sessions, they may do so but at full price which is $60.
 

Is your office accessible?
 

Unfortunately our office is on the second floor of a building and only accessible by a set of stairs.
 

Where should I park?
 

Designated parking for the upstairs offices of 59 Charlotte Street are in the three spots next to the staircase and in the two spots at the end of the parking lot with signs that say "For Upstairs Offices." Be very careful not to park in the slots to the left of the "Alpha Real Estate" sign or there is the potential of getting towed.

What if I am running late?
 

If you are running late please call or text Rachel at 773-919-2081 or Niki at 828-557-4629. If a client is running 10 minutes late we will call to check in, and after fifteen minutes we will assume the client is not coming for the session.  We end every session on time, regardless of when a client arrives.
 

Do you work remotely?
 

Absolutely!  We can work on zoom with Reiki, the Akashic Records, Holographic Memory Resolution, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
